Ordering Policy
No minimum order amount is required for any of our merchandise. All orders are normally processed within 2 business days. Custom-made jewelry may take longer to ship. Customers will be notified for any unusual delay via email.
We accept orders from any country but we also reserve the right to reject any orders which we believe to be fraudulent.
Ordering Online
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover card and
PayPal. Payment is processed on day of shipment only. We use
PayPal as our payment getway, all your credit card or electronic check payment are handled by
PayPal. All PayPal payment are subject to PayPal account rules and regulations.
IMPORTANT: Please review all delivery address information before you submit an order, as incomplete address information or phone number may delay delivery.
Ordering by Mail or Fax
For mail or fax orders, we accept payments by money orders, cashier's checks and company/personal checks issued by Canadian Bank and it takes approximately five (5) to seven (7) business days to clear before your order is shipped. For returned checks, we will collect a CAD25.00 bad check fee (in addition to the order total).

Delivery
Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days (Monday - Friday); Custom-made jewelry may need longer time to ship. Please allow additional time during the busy holiday season. We ship via Canada Post. Click

Shipping
Most of our orders are shipped via Canada Postal service by Registered Mail and Xpresspost. Recently we added Regular Airmail in order to offer the best priced shipping method to our customers. However, Regular Airmail is not insurable for any contingency
happened during shipping.
Invoice
Our online Invoice is valid only when the full payment is made.
Duty and Taxes
Since Bonavie.com is a company based in Quebec, provincial law requires that we charge 7.5% Provincial Sales Tax on orders is placed in and shipped to an address within Quebec.
State law requires we charge 6% Goods and Services Tax on orders is placed in and shipped to an address within Canada.
International customers may be subject to customs and duty charges, which are levied once the package reaches your country and you are solely responsible for import/duty fees, if any.
Return Policy
To help ensure you make the right choice, we offer a very flexible return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of your order's shipping date for a full refund or exchange. Taxes are refundable if your item is returned through the proper channels. Please note that the shipping fee is non-refundable except the return is a result of our error.
Return items should be in the original product packaging and include a copy of the invoice in the box, any product that has been used or worn may not be returned. If you wish to return a product, please send an e-mail to our
Customer Service Department, we will then guide you through the process and a RAC (Return Authorization Number) will be given to you. Please do not forget to include your name and order number in your e-mail.
