Orders

We gladly accept orders from most of the countries around the world, however, for International orders, the customer is solely responsible for import/duty fees, if ANY.

Payments

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover card and PayPal. When you order our products online and pay by most major credit cards or e-check, all transactions are handled by PayPal, the internet's most trusted payment gateway and trusted by millions of eBay users worldwide. Your transaction is completely secure and you never need to provide the credit card or bank account details directly to us. We are also a verified paypal business member, which means your 100% protected against fraud when you order from us and pay through PayPal. You are assured peace of mind when you shop at Bonavie.com. We also accept Cashier's Checks drawn on local banks and Postal Money Orders issued by Post Canada in Canadian dollars. Please download and complete the PDF Order Form below and simply mail it together with your personal check/cashier's check or money order. Upon receipt of your mail order, we will inform you by email within 24 hours for confirmation and your order will be shipped after your cashier's check or money order is cleared, usually it takes about five (5) to seven (7) business days to clear. Please take note that a charge per occurrence will be assessed on all returned checks.

All our charges are in Canadian dollars and all prices listed in US dollars are noted as estimates. We strive to keep our website catalog as accurately and complete as possible but sometimes with the volume of orders we receive, an item can go out of stock before we're able to post notification to the site. If this happens, we will notify and help you to look for another item and await your decision on whether you'd like to proceed or not.

For your security, all credit card orders will be subject to address verification. The billing address that you furnish at checkout should match the mailing address of your credit card statement. If the address does not match, your transaction may not be approved by PayPal/Credit Card company and your order could be delayed until we are able to contact you at the email address or phone number that you specify. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes.

Please note that any Mail order where payment is not sent in fourteen (14) days from the order date will be automatically cancelled.

When you select "Cashir's Check" or “Money Order” as a payment method, our printable online Invoice is valid only when the full payment is made.

You do not have to be a PayPal's member to order our product and pay by your CREDIT CARD on PayPal website but if you would like to have a PayPal account, please click here to register, it is easy, convenience and protected. All PayPal payment are subject to PayPal account rules and regulations.

Please never send your credit card information through an e-mail to any person, this is how Identity Theft occurs.

Duty and Taxes

Quebec Sales Tax - Since Bonavie.com is a company based in Quebec, provincial law requires that we charge 7.5% Provincial Sales Tax on orders is placed in and shipped to an address within Quebec.

Federal Goods & Services Tax - Federal Government law requires we charge 6% Goods and Services Tax on orders is placed in and shipped to an address within Canada.

International customers may be subject to customs and duty charges, which are levied once the package reaches your country and you are solely responsible for import/duty fees, if any.

Cancelling Your Order

You may cancel your order at any time if its order status is one of the following:

Pending

Declined

Awaiting Payment

If your order status is 'Shipped,' your order cannot be cancelled. In that case, please refer to our Returns policy.
