Most orders for stock merchandise ship within 24 hours (Monday-Friday). Occasionally during the peak holiday season, shipping lead times may become Extended to 48 hours. If the merchandise you have ordered is not available for immediate shipping, you will be notified via and informed the reason for the delay. If this is unacceptable, you may cancel your order by sending us an e-mail at cs@bonavie.com. Please indicate your order number.

We offer three shipping methods for Canada, USA and most of the International customers by Canada Postal Service:

Shipping within Canada - Regular Lettermail/Airmail, Registered Lettermail/Airmail or Xpresspost (EMS).

Order shipped to USA - Regular Lettermail/Airmail, Registered Letttermail/Airmail or Xpresspost (EMS).

Other countries - Regular Airmail, Registered Airmail or Xpresspost (EMS). Please note that the availability of these services may vary depending on final destination countries and on the situation and customer will take his own risk if Regular Airmail shipping method is selected.

You will be able to select the shipping methods displayed when checking out. Once your order has shipped, you will be notified and provided a tracking number via email.

Please contact us if you prefer to ship your order by UPS. Please note that UPS does not deliver to P.O. Box.

NOTE:

All orders shipped by Registered Mail or Xpresspost are trackable and covered by $60.00 insurance against lost and damage, certain condition may apply. For more information, please visit Canada Post website.

We offer Regular Airmail because many of our customers in Canada and USA have requested the best priced shipping in the industry. Please note that according to Canada Post Postal Service's Terms & Conditions, all orders shipped by Regular Airmail neither NOT trackable nor insurable.

Shipping fees are calculated by the weight up to 500 grams. We'll contact you if your shipping weight over 500 grams for special rate.

International customer is responsible for all duties and custom fees and /or import taxes that may arise from their purchase, if any.

Shipping times vary according to the destination but the following can be used as a rough guide. If we are experiencing delays processing your order we will let you know immediately by email.
